In July 2005, a team of independent consultants with strong career histories in the Financial Management and Human Capital Management consulting markets formed Encito (derived from the Latin word “Incito” meaning “to inspire”). The consultants were inspired to work together and bring a new direction to the ERP consulting industry. The original Encito partners vowed to focus on listening to understand the customer’s needs which would allow Encito to become a business partner with the customer. As partners, Encito will provide solutions to maximize the client’s investment in their choice of ERP technology.

This group formed the nucleus of subject matter experts who have focus on applying their business process knowledge and ERP experience in client environments to maximize client ROI, business benefits, and competitive advantage. Encito offers an integrated service portfolio providing full software life cycle support for ERP technology with a major focus in PeopleSoft, Oracle, and SAP ERP software.
